Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Folikor ("we", "us"), operated by YaTT Razzoqov Ibrohim Umurzoq o'g'li, a sole proprietor registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan, collects, uses and protects information in connection with the website folikor.uz and the Folikor ERP platform (the "Service"), including data received through the Instagram API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Information we collect
2.1 From businesses that connect an Instagram account
- Instagram professional account ID, username, profile name and profile picture;
- access tokens issued by Meta, used only to call the Instagram API on the account's behalf.
2.2 From people who message or comment on a connected account
- Instagram-scoped user ID, username and profile name of the sender;
- content of Direct messages and comments sent to the connected account, including attachments, and their timestamps;
- replies sent by the business's operators through the Service.
2.3 Information customers provide when ordering or requesting a consultation
Name, phone number and delivery address provided voluntarily by customers to place an order. On folikor.uz, the hair-condition questionnaire answers you choose (no personal identifiers), the phone number you enter to request a call, and technical attribution data (the page you came from, campaign parameters, device type) used to measure how people find us.
3. How we use information
- to display Instagram conversations and comments to the connected business's sales operators in a single inbox;
- to let operators reply to customers and process their orders;
- to link a conversation to a customer record and an order in the CRM;
- to call you back when you request a consultation on folikor.uz and to prepare a recommendation based on your questionnaire answers;
- to produce aggregated, internal sales and marketing reports.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising profiles, or share it with data brokers. Instagram data is used only to provide the Service to the business that connected its account.
4. Legal basis
We process data to perform our service for the connected business, at the request of the person who contacts that business, and in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" and Meta Platform Terms.
5. Sharing
Data is accessible only to authorised staff of the business that connected the Instagram account and to us as the service operator. We use infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, database, content delivery and bot-protection services) bound by confidentiality obligations. Analytics tools (Meta Pixel, Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics) may receive anonymised usage events from folikor.uz. We may disclose data if required by law.
5a. Bot protection
Forms on folikor.uz are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile processes limited technical data (such as IP address and browser characteristics) to tell people from bots; see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored on secured cloud servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access control by user role, and audit logs. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown to operators.
7. Retention
Conversation data is kept while the Instagram account remains connected and as long as needed to process orders and meet legal accounting requirements. When a business disconnects its account or requests deletion, its Instagram access tokens are revoked immediately and related Instagram data is deleted within 30 days.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. See our Data Deletion instructions or email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at folikor.uz/privacy with the date of the last update.
